How to use DTF Gang Sheet Builder
- Upload transparent PNG transfer artworks.
- Set sheet width/height in inches, pixel resolution, design width, quantity, spacing and margin.
- Generate automatically arranged transparent PNG sheets and a CSV of design placements.
Practical example
A 22 × 12-inch sheet at 150 pixels per inch exports to 3300 × 1800 pixels, with transparent space around the placed designs.
How it works and important limitations
This is a simple shelf-packing algorithm, not a guaranteed mathematically optimal nesting solution. Print colors are unprofiled sRGB. The PNG file does not reliably embed physical DPI metadata: set exact physical dimensions in the RIP and inspect source art resolution and print compatibility.

Can it pack multiple designs automatically?
Yes. It places repeated designs into rows and creates additional sheets as needed.
Does PNG retain transparency?
The generated sheet canvas is transparent. Input PNGs should themselves contain alpha transparency.
Will this export print-ready CMYK colors?
No. Confirm physical scale and color management in your printer/RIP workflow.
Privacy, compatibility and safety
Solvory runs local JavaScript file processing in your device browser. Some formats use open-source libraries fetched from content delivery networks. Files are not intentionally transferred to Solvory servers. Output may vary by browser, available memory and codec compatibility. File size, quantity and pixel limits protect slower phones and browsers. For commercial printing or production, manually check dimensions and color accuracy.
