How to use HEIC to JPG Converter

Convert iPhone HEIC and HEIF photos into compatible JPEG files in bulk, with output-quality controls and downloadable ZIP files.

  1. Upload one image or select multiple files using the upload area.
  2. Adjust available quality, format, dimensions, resize mode or compression targets.
  3. Click Convert Images and review the results, previews and file size comparison.
  4. Download individual results or a ZIP archive of all completed files.

How conversion works

HEIC is efficient for smartphone photography, but JPG remains widely supported by upload forms, design apps and email clients.

Important limitations: HEIC decoding depends on a browser-loaded codec. EXIF information may be lost; some burst or animated HEIC containers are unsupported.

For performance and device safety, uploads are limited to 25 files per batch, 45 MB per source file and 200 MB combined. Individual images are subject to browser pixel and memory limits.

Frequently asked questions

Can I process multiple files?

Yes. A batch accepts up to 25 images with a maximum of 45 MB per file and 200 MB combined. Processing occurs sequentially to reduce memory usage.

What happens if my browser cannot decode a format?

The utility reports a conversion error instead of downloading a file with an incorrect format or extension. Try a recent supported browser or a different source file.

Are my images uploaded to Solvory?

This image-processing application works locally in your browser. Some optional codec libraries are downloaded from external CDN services, but your uploaded images are not transmitted by this tool.

Will converted images have the same quality and metadata?

Not necessarily. Different formats, compression settings and canvas encoding can change quality, embedded metadata and color representation. Keep original files for archival use.

Privacy and file compatibility

The browser processes your images locally. Optional format decoders and archive libraries are fetched from third-party content delivery networks. Files are not intentionally uploaded to the Solvory website by these converters. All results are temporary: download them before closing the page.
