Formula and methodology
Profit = discounted item price + shipping charged + gift revenue − listing fee − transaction fee − processing fee − attributed Offsite Ads − production and fulfillment costs − other expenses.
The interactive calculations depend on the inputs, units and assumptions you provide. Display values are rounded for readability, but calculations use unrounded input values where applicable.

Frequently asked questions
Are US Etsy processing fees the same as Pakistan’s?
No. Etsy’s payment processing fee depends on the seller bank country. US defaults are 3% + $0.25, while Pakistan’s published rate differs. Edit the rate and flat fee for your bank location.
Are Offsite Ads charged on every order?
No. They apply to qualifying attributed orders, with rates determined by Etsy’s Offsite Ads rules.
Does profit include taxes and VAT?
Not automatically. Tax, VAT, refunds, conversion fees and other location-specific costs may need separate accounting.
