This is deterministic digital signal processing, not a generative voice replacement model. Severe background noise and overlapping voices may not be completely removed.
Live monitoring & exports
WAV uses 16-bit PCM and the original sample rate. Surround/multichannel input is limited to the first two channels for download. The audio waveform updates after rendering.
How does this audio cleanup tool work?
Import one or more recordings and choose voice, podcast or music presets. The engine decodes the audio locally, applies high- and low-pass filtering, optionally suppresses 50/60 Hz hum with a notch filter, and uses a smoothed amplitude noise gate to attenuate sound during quiet passages. It can then normalize peak loudness and render a fresh WAV file.
Noise gate versus true source separation
A gate reduces low-level sounds between speech phrases, but it does not isolate voices from other overlapping sounds. For difficult recordings where noise is as loud as the desired voice, manual spectral editing or advanced machine-learning enhancement may be more effective. Extreme gate thresholds can remove quiet syllables.
Bulk WAV export, playback and privacy
Process up to eight files in the browser, listen to the original and filtered results, download a cleaned WAV file, or package multiple successful renders into ZIP. All file processing is local; only the optional external JavaScript library is loaded from a CDN.
